I understand that estate planning (wills, trusts, and powers of attorney) can be overwhelming and can often be difficult to navigate. That’s why I am committed to explaining practical effects of the law to my clients in a way that is easy to follow and understand. That way, I can put them in the driver’s seat when it comes to making the critical decisions that can have a great impact on their lives.

Why is Estate Planning
Important to You?
With the right estate plan, you can protect yourself and your family–now and in the future. You can make sure that you are taken care of in the event of a tragedy, prevent bitter disputes over your assets when you’re gone, and provide for the care of your children. With our help, you can make the decisions that are best for you, based on your unique needs, goals, and priorities.

How do I Plan for the
Future of my Business?

We provide you with the knowledge and legal advice needed to prevent problems before they happen or resolve them quickly–so you can get back to running your business, instead of dealing with legal issues.

What happens, legally, when someone dies?
When someone dies, that can be a triggering event for the automatic transfer of some assets. It also means that any powers of attorney created by the deceased, are no longer valid. It also means that any property that remains in their name after death will be frozen until certain steps can be taken to get them released.
